Our primary objective is to raise $1 million by inviting people in two groups.

1. THE FIRST GROUP:- Consists of those who will purchase between 1 and 9 shares at $100 per share. These individuals will be investors in the company but will not have the right to vote, attend the annual meeting, or be elected to the board of directors.

2. The second group consists of those who will purchase 10 or more shares. These individuals will have decision-making rights, including approving the budget, voting, being elected to the board of directors, and attending the annual meeting. The funds will be used to establish a suite of high-quality, diverse, and engaging TV channels headquartered in Tanzania. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to become one of the largest television companies in Africa and beyond, broadcasting via cable networks, satellite, the internet, social media, and mobile applications.
