Why ABN Investment Company?

ABN Investment Company was established to bring together and unite Adventists in the diaspora to own, manage, and operate the Advent Broadcast Network.
As the founder of Advent Broadcast Network in 2016, I’ve spent years deeply studying the broadcasting industry. I’ve learned what it takes to create channels that not only succeed but also dominate the market. With this knowledge, I am confident that ABN can become the number one broadcasting network in Africa, both in terms of technological excellence and the quality of our content.
Africa has long relied on international media outlets for reliable news. But why should we continue to depend on others when we have the capability to create our own? Advent Broadcast Network is designed to fill this gap by delivering high-quality, locally relevant content that resonates with African audiences. Moreover, our network will also serve a higher purpose—reaching millions of people across Africa and around the world with spiritually uplifting content that aligns with our Adventist values.

At ABN Investment Company, our mission is to unite Adventists from both the diaspora and local communities to pool resources and raise capital for significant and expansive investments across Africa, particularly in the fields of information technology and broadcasting. Through ABN, we aim to establish a suite of high-quality, diverse, and engaging TV channels that not only entertain but also inspire and uplift.

Vision:

Our vision is to become the leading broadcasting network in Africa, setting the standard for excellence in content, technology, and reach. We are committed to creating a media platform that resonates with the values of our viewers and makes a positive impact on society. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and a deep understanding of our audience’s needs, we strive to deliver content that informs, entertains, and enriches lives across the continent and beyond.

 

Objectives

1. Unite Adventist Communities: Bring together Adventists from the diaspora and local regions to pool resources and raise capital for impactful investments across Africa.
2. Raise Capital: Successfully raise $3 million through the contribution of 3,000 Adventists to fund the establishment and growth of our TV network.
3. Establish a Diverse TV Network: Launch and operate a suite of high-quality, diverse, and engaging TV channels, including Advent Broadcast Network, ABN News, ABN Sports, ABN Games, ABN Kids, and ABN Safari Channel.
4. Broadcast Widely: Ensure our content reaches millions of viewers across Africa and other parts of the world through cable networks, satellite, the internet, social media, and mobile applications.
5. Provide Quality Content: Deliver a variety of programming that includes Christian-based content, comprehensive news, engaging sports coverage, entertaining game shows, enriching children’s content, and captivating safari and wildlife content.
6. Foster Community Engagement: Create a platform that celebrates our values, promotes positive cultural heritage, and supports educational and spiritual growth within our communities.
7. Leverage Technology: Utilize the latest technology and innovative distribution methods to enhance the reach and impact of our broadcasting network.
8. Achieve Financial Sustainability: Develop a financially sustainable business model that ensures profitability and long-term growth, benefiting our investors and stakeholders.
9. Build a Strong Brand: Establish ABN Investment Company as a trusted and respected name in the media and broadcasting industry in Africa and beyond.
10. Expand Reach: Continuously explore and implement strategies to expand our viewership and market presence, making ABN Investment Company a household name in media and entertainment.
11. Hire Top Talent: Ensure that we hire top professionals and experts in broadcasting to elevate the quality of our broadcasts across Africa, matching the standards of CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera, and other leading networks.
12. Invest in Technology: Invest significant effort and resources into utilizing cutting-edge technologies in our studios, including those used by major broadcasting companies like Unreal Engine, Aximmetry, Blackmagic, LD walls, and others that have been catalysts for their growth.
